Dominion Block, Brick & Hardscapes

We are excited to announce that effective September 4, 2024, Boxley Block, Brick & Hardscapes is now Dominion Block, Brick & Hardscapes. Our new name results from a management-led buyout of the block, brick and hardscapes line of business from Boxley Materials Company, an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Summit Materials, LLC.

The purchase enables our management team to focus exclusively on our passion for delivering high quality block, brick and hardscapes product solutions to our customers throughout southwest and Central Virginia.

While it is important for you to know about the ownership change, it has little-to-no impact on the day-to-day operations. The entire management team and staff remain in place at our same Lynchburg and Roanoke locations.
