Accounts Receivable / General Accounting Assistant

Full-time position at our Support Center in Blue Ridge, VA. Position is responsible for all aspects of invoicing including electronic transmission, application of cash receipts to customer accounts, monthly balancing of accounts receivable aging to the general ledger and working directly with customers.  Position will involve other general accounting responsibilities including assorted schedule preparations and account reconciliations.  Requirements:  2+ years of hands-on accounts receivable experience, 2+ years of college or college level accounting courses, ability to handle multiple computer systems for multiple companies, Microsoft Excel & Access proficiency, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.  Competitive salary and benefits package.    Send resumes to pflora@boxley.com or mail to: Boxley, Human Resources Department, P.O.
