Our quarterly incentive program challenges employees to keep their coworkers, the public, and themselves safe with the potential of earning up to $1,000 each year, based on their participation.
In addition, top drivers receive recognition and praise internally throughout the year, as well as an end-of-year top drivers’ lunch where they receive a gift card for their success.
Health & Wellness
Employees and their family members are encouraged to utilize the company’s competitive dental, health, and vision plans and to participate in wellness challenges throughout the year to achieve personal health goals and receive rewards.
