Boxley Open for Business. Just in a different way.

Dear Customer:

Across our nation, businesses are starting the work week faced with the new normal that the COVID-19 crisis has thrust upon us. Boxley remains open for business, but we are adapting how we do business to safeguard the safety and health of our employees and customers.

These changes are not in response to any specific concerns to the Boxley community, but rather represent our adaptation of the recommendations of applicable government and health organizations.

In an abundance of caution, we are implementing a social distancing/work from home policy. Employees involved in the production and delivery of our products will remain six feet away from one another and customers. Hand washing and common-sense actions such as staying at home if feeling unwell are also reinforced as part of our standard operating procedures.

For administrative staff, we have instituted a work from home policy for employees who are able to do their jobs from home. All business travel has been suspended for the near future.

As the science and response to the coronavirus evolves, so will our operations and protocols. We will continue to keep you informed and work with you to meet the needs of your own business.

Since 1892, Boxley has adapted to meet the challenges that face our company and our communities. While we are temporarily changing how we do business, please know what will never change is our commitment to serving our customers.
