Boxley’s Explore the Earth program introduces kids to the Earth’s geologic wonders and highlights the importance of environmental protection and reclamation. This program meets the requirements of Virginia’s Standards of Learning (SOL) requirements in an engaging and interactive environment.
Boxley’s Good Neighbor Policy outlines our standards for being a good neighbor to those who live or work near one of our facilities.
Boxley’s Natural Resource Management Activities outline what our responsibilities as a natural resource company must be to effectively protect our natural environment. From land reclamation and conservation to recycling and wildlife habitat planning, our priority is to minimize impacts, restore and preserve.
Getting Involved
A community open house at our Lawyer's Road Quarry provides a chance for some neighborhood socializing.
These tourists were just passing through when our quarry caught their interest. So, they called Boxley to see if they could arrange a tour. We were happy to oblige.
